You will talk to a consultant from our recruiting team about your personal career history. We naturally also want to know what made you consider us and why you want to work for us.

Application process in four steps

You have made a positive impression on the phone? Then we will invite you to a personal interview followed by a practice-oriented test. The purpose of this is not to test your expertise. Rather, we want to see how you approach specific problems. Furthermore, applicants for manager positions are requested to develop and hold a presentation.

The final act involves the so-called partner interview. With one of our Managing Directors you discuss specific terms and development opportunities and plan the next steps. If everything goes well, we will welcome you as a new colleague.
