ARAIA Philosophy

The basis of our project work is the ARAIA philosophy. It breaks down our consulting services into two clear phases: diagnosis and implementation. During the diagnosis phase our consultants concentrate on analysing the situation in the company and developing efficient new approaches and processes. Based on their results, they create an optimisation strategy with a specific action plan. In addition, we use the diagnosis phase to mobilise the client’s staff with the help of change management and win them over for the project.

With ARAIA RölfsPartner offers its clients tailored and flexible support in the implementation phase. Can and will the client implement the recommended measures himself? And can the client do so successfully with the required quality of results within a reasonable period? Then our consultants support the change process as project coach. We call this the “coaching mode”. It means we manage, coordinate and monitor implementation of specific recommended actions. Furthermore, we provide the team with backing as a sparring partner during the entire project and answer specialised questions, for example.

Is the client not able or does he not wish to handle implementation himself? In that case RölfsPartner furnishes operational support on site with ARAIA. For the procedure in the “enabling mode” we put together tandems composed of a consultant and a member of the client’s staff in each case. Jointly the tandem translates the adopted strategies into concrete workflows – from the invitation to tender to conducting negotiations and all the way through to the quality check of new suppliers. Besides acceptance of new approaches, the “tandem” model also ensures long-term know-how transfer from RölfsPartner and ARAIA to the client.
