Our experience shows that project goals are frequently achieved better and faster if our Consultants operationally support implementation. Our Procurement Services came into being from this insight. From interim management in procurement to targeted services in new procurement markets (Emerging Procurement Markets, EPM for short), where we are represented by our own staff, we successfully work together with numerous clients, even beyond the actual project period. In some cases the short-term start-up support turned into multi-year outsourcing of selected services – to the satisfaction of all those involved.
